Know Maintenance, LLC is the maintenance office for home and multiple property owners. I started off creating Know Maintenance as a way for my friends to tap into my network of maintenance professionals, then it grew into much more. I’m part of the dreaded “millennial” demographic. I’ve found that we have great ambitions to home ownership, but they’re thwarted by our inability to properly maintain a home should a maintenance issue arise. I personally enjoyed renovating properties (I treat reno pics like a proud papa showing off his kids), but I couldn’t help everyone all the time. Then one day I talked with a friend who had just bought a home and she said to me “Lorenzo the other house I picked out was so beautiful and spacious but I had to pass on it because it would need too much maintenance!” I was flabbergasted! And that’s how Know Maintenance was born. As a way to allow everyone to truly pursue the American dream of home ownership.
Our one stop shop provides customers with a single point of contact for plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and general home maintenance professionals. Service requesting, payment processing, and scheduling are all done on our site and the mobile app. No referrals. No listings. No negotiations of prices. No call out fees. I’ve cut the red tape from the process to give my customers exactly what they need…an unclogged toilet, a patched wall, a newly painted kids room, and access to that pesky light bulb on the very top of the ceiling that always seems to be out of reach.
