Every three months, our maintenance specialist team will complete a preventative maintenance check on your property. An example of this service are testing smoke and CO2 detectors. This complete list of checks will be selected by yourself at the time of contract sign up. As a reminder, the options for inspection items can be found here.
Depending on the number of items needed to check, the average maintenance visit will last about 1 to 2 hours. Times will be as flexible as you are, so any time restrictions you might have will be taken into consideration.
You do not, but it is required for someone over the age of 18 to be present during the inspection. This also helps in communicating any issues should they be found during the inspection.
